More From the East Coast

As promised, I am back with some of my favorite pictures from my trip to Washington DC. I must say, it was really great to see the city as an adult. The last time I was in DC, I was maybe 10 years old, so I have a very different perspective on the city now. Here are some of my favorite pictures:

The Capitol round-a-bout and statue. As you can see, I had gorgeous weather for my trip. I expect nothing less! ;-)

The White House, as seen from Pennsylvania Avenue. Sadly, George W. was nowhere to be seen.

A view of the Washington Monument from the Pillars of the Lincoln Memorial. This picture looks very artsy to me.

The Korean War Memorial. This one is amazing, and pictures really don't do it justice. I highly recommend you see it for yourself.
